We will help you develop and reach your short and long term goals.  Pulse also offers a variety of specialized programs including injury recovery and prevention, pre-natal fitness, youth fitness, sport specific training, and programs for those with special physical circumstances. Pilates

The benefits of practicing optimal nutrition include helping people live longer, more enjoyable lives.  Learning how to eat to compliment an active lifestyle can often be a challenge.  Frequently the principle hurdle is figuring out where to begin when changing or rethinking your diet.  Working with our staff will allow each person to identify areas that can be improved, to outline their goals and to create a plan to reach them.

Nutrition education programs include menu planning, behavioral strategies, thoughtful grocery shopping, label reading, recipe modification, eating out guidelines, shopping trips, and trips to your home to arrange a more healthful kitchen.

Pulse Fitness + Training is pleased now offer Pilates, a form of body conditioning that focuses on core training, body awareness, and increased flexibility.  The non-impact resistance eliminates stress on your joints, making this form of fitness versatile, safe, and effective for all ages and fitness levels.

Pilates sessions consist of a customized workout based on your goals and abilities.  You will work on a specialized piece of Pilates equipment, the Reformer, and with a variety of Pilates props. 30 + 60 minute  private sessions.
