Taking Steps Member Challenge to benefit the American Heart Association

Hello All...

Did you know that heart disease is the # 1 killer of women --AND men in this country?  The good news is that much of the time heart disease is preventable.  Check out Go Red For Women for news and information, and to take the Heart Checkup quiz.

February 2nd is National Wear Red Day and Pulse Fitness + Training is challenging our members (that means you too, boys)  to participate in this annual event by "Taking Steps' to end heart disease.  The "Taking Steps" challenge will be held on Friday, February 2 and Saturday, February 3.

Here is the Deal - 1. Wear Something Red; 2. Come to the gym; 3. Get on the Treadmill; 4.  WALK, WALK, WALK; 5. Raise Money for the American Heart Association

For every 20 minutes you walk (or run!) on the treadmill, Pulse Fitness + Training will donate $5 to the Heart Association.

It's your chance to make strides toward ending heart disease and promoting good heart health...YOUR OWN!  Let's Get Moving!!
